Income Documents

What you will need

The following are, in most cases, the documents that we will require to qualify you for a mortgage:

  • 30 days most current pay stubs
  • Award letter and most recent check stub for Social Security/Retirement/Pension Income
  • Last 2 years W2’s or 1099’s
  • Last 2 years Tax Returns
  • 2 months most current bank statements for checking and savings accounts
  • Copy of retirement, 401k, Mutual Funds, IRA’s, etc.
  • Copy or Driver’s License and Social Security card
  • Copy of Mortgage Statement (if refinancing)
  • Copy of insurance policy declaration page (if refinancing)
